After looking round the construction site, the General Secretary said with great satisfaction that if Chongnyu and Rungna bridges as well as objects under construction in the area of Rungna Islet are decorated with electric light, the nocturnal view of the area will be fantastic.

At that time an official requested the General Secretary to write his autograph sign boards on the buildings in the pleasure park.

After accepting the request with pleasure, the General Secretary said that it is necessary to name the pleasure park in the area of Rungna Islet as a whole, but the word "people" should never be omitted in the name of the pleasure park.

He said that it would be best to call it the Rungna People's Pleasure Park, in view of the noble intention of Comrade Kim Il Sung and Comrade Kim Jong Il, the great leaders who devoted their all to the people all their lives.
