One day in October Juche 104 (2015), the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un visited the then Paekhak-dong in Sonbong area, Rason Municipality of the DPRK, which was wonderfully built as a socialist fairyland after recovering from flood damage.

Seeing the houses associated with the love and sincerity of soldier-builders for the people for a long time, Kim Jong Un told the officials that the interior finishing project should be done in a qualitative way.

He said that the quality of public buildings should be assessed by the people who actually use them. When the people to live in the newly-built houses say that they are good, it can be said that the houses have been constructed well, he added.

Looking at the officials in the excitement, he stressed that we should listen to the voices of the people and regard them as the standard whenever and wherever we do anything.
