Samjiyon City brings about good results every day by speeding up potato planting while keeping technical requirements according to processes.

Taehongdan County is increasing the proportion of mechanization of farm work, while concentrating manpower and means on the basis of learning about the characteristics of fields and the state of sprouted potato seeds.

Paegam County organized a demonstration lecture and made the farm officials understand the problems arising in planting potatoes in a qualitative way, taking measures for preventing damage by frost and moisture and introducing the advanced farming methods.
