Pyongyang, October 26 (KCNA) -- The agricultural workers of the Honam Farm in Jongphyong County, South Hamgyong Province of the DPRK, harvested over 2 more tons of grain per hectare than last year and thus over-fulfilled the state plan for grain procurement, exceeding the peak-year level.

They held a meeting for account settlement and income distribution with the pride of reaping the richest harvest at the farming in the flat areas on the east coast.

Present there were Pak Tong Chol, chairman of the South Hamgyong Provincial Rural Economy Committee, Kim Yong Hak, secretary of the provincial committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, and officials in Jongphyong County. They congratulated the agricultural workers upon reaping good harvests this year. -0-
