Pyongyang, February 4 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), sent a congratulatory message to Aleksandr Lukashenko, president of the Republic of Belarus, on February 3.

The message said:
