Pyongyang, May 21 (KCNA) -- A South Hwanghae provincial delegation of the DPRK led by An Myong Jun, chairman of the South Hwanghae Provincial People's Committee, left here on Wednesday to visit Russia.

The delegation was seen off at Pyongyang International Airport by officials concerned and the charge d'affaires ad interim of the Russian embassy here. -0-
