Pyongyang, April 30 (KCNA) -- Various kinds of high-quality products produced by modern regional-industry factories in mountainous counties of the DPRK are spreading across the country, according to Rodong Sinmun.

The Unsan County Foodstuff Factory presented pine-nut products at several exhibitions held in Pyongyang last year, being widely known to the people across the country including citizens in the capital city. Public demands for processed pine-nut products such as pine-nut candy and cake are now on the steady increase across the country.

The Unsan County Daily Necessities Factory is increasing the production of liquid soap, shampoo, rinse, detergent and various kinds of plastic goods to meet the growing public demand.

The special products in Usi County such as wild grape jam, pear jam and apricot jam, too, are popular among the people.

The Usi County Daily Necessities Factory produces sponge cucumber soaps, registered as February 2 goods, and various kinds of quality plastic tubes which are popular in adjacent areas.

The Tongsin County Foodstuff Factory developed a mulberry-based beverage with unique taste and color, and the demand for it continues to grow.
