Pyongyang, May 7 (KCNA) -- The Namhung Youth Chemical Complex and the Hungnam Fertilizer Complex in the DPRK have produced 5 000 more tons of nitrogenous fertilizer than the planned this year, saving a lot of coal.

In the first quarter of the year, the Namhung Youth Chemical Complex lowered the standard of material consumption per unit while registering high production results every month.

The Hungnam Fertilizer Complex improved technical indices in the operation of gas generator and increased the output of gas per hour while saving anthracite, thus putting the fertilizer production on a normal basis. -0-
