Pyongyang, February 17 (KCNA) -- Nicaraguan Ambassador to the DPRK Manuel Modesto Munguia Martinez laid a floral basket at the statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il on Mansu Hill and paid tribute to them on Sunday, the 83rd birth anniversary of the Chairman.
