Celebration Events Held at DPRK Missions Abroad

Pyongyang, September 19 (KCNA) -- Friendly meetings, book and photo exhibitions, film shows and receptions took place at the DPRK missions in Cuba, Vietnam, Laos, Nepal, Mongolia, Syria, Singapore, Iran, Indonesia, India, Kuwait, Thailand, Pakistan, Romania, Bulgaria, Belarus, Switzerland, Sweden, Austria, the Czech Republic, Guinea, Nigeria, the DR Congo, Senegal, Algeria, Angola, Egypt, Ethiopia, Equatorial Guinea, Mexico, Brazil and Venezuela in the period between September 4 and 9 to mark the 75th founding anniversary of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK).

Present there on invitation were personages of parliaments, governments, political parties, organizations for friendship and solidarity, Juche idea study organizations and institutions of those countries and foreign diplomatic envoys to them. On hand were officials of the DPRK missions.

Films and videos showing the advance spirit of the DPRK, which is achieving the overall development of socialism under the leadership of the great Workers' Party of Korea, and its invincible power and development were shown.

The events were replete with boundless reverence for President Kim Il Sung, Chairman Kim Jong Il and the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who turned the DPRK into an power of independence and a socialist country centered on the popular masses and put its strategic position and strength on the highest level. -0-
