Pyongyang, November 29 (KCNA) -- New houses have been built at the Ryokpho Vegetable Farm in Ryokpho District and the Oryu Vegetable Farm in Sadong District, the historic places associated with the leadership exploits of the Workers' Party of Korea, in Pyongyang Municipality.

The modern houses demonstrating the validity and vitality of the programme for the rural revolution in the new era picture the future of the countryside thriving day by day along with a new life and civilization.

Present at the ceremonies of moving into new houses held on the spots were officials of the Party and power organs, builders and agricultural workers in Pyongyang Municipality and Ryokpho and Sadong districts.

Speakers at the ceremonies congratulated the agricultural workers who would move into new houses amid the full joy of the people blessed with wonderful entities which have been sprung up everywhere this year, too, symbolizing the Korean-style rural civilization.

Then licenses for the use of houses were handed over to be followed by resolution-taking speeches.

As congratulatory art performances and cheerful peasant dancing parties were given, the farm villages were in a festive mood. Officials visited the families of the farmers to share joy with them, giving them daily necessities. -0-
