Pyongyang, February 4 (KCNA) -- Farm villages in the DPRK are stepping up the preparations for this year's farming in hearty response to the decisions of the Sixth Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.

Millions of tons of self-sufficing manure have been produced across the country and a large area of arable land covered with fertile soil, thanks to the patriotic enthusiasm of the agricultural officials and workers. -0-
