One day in February Juche 103 (2014), the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited the newly-remodeled Meari Shooting Gallery.

He was pleased to see the shooting gallery wonderfully turned into a comprehensive and popular service centre for the people's cultural recreation.

When dropping in at an indoor archery range there, he said to the officials accompanying him that it would be better to build the range larger. And he suggested building such modern archery ranges at the children's camps.

The officials were touched by his loving care for the children who will shoulder the future destiny of the country.

So, archery ranges came into being at the camps for children. -0-
