One day in October 2020, the respected Comrade General Secretary Kim Jong Un visited the site under recovery from flood damage in Kimhwa County, Kangwon Province.

Looking with satisfaction at the panoramic view of newly-built houses, the General Secretary asked a senior county official if the inhabitants like the houses.

Then, he was very glad to hear that the county people like them very much, saying those houses built under his care would never collapse even if the sky fell down.

As the official felt compunction for having the respected General Secretary in such a rugged place, he said that it was all right and he wanted to visit anywhere if it will bring pleasure and happiness to the people.
