One day in April 2016, the respected Comrade General Secretary Kim Jong Un visited the newly-built Mindulle Notebook Factory.

After learning in detail about the production of notebooks, he said that to provide our children and students with high-quality notebooks is of weighty significance in implanting into their minds patriotism of valuing and loving their own things.

Noting that patriotism should be reflected in any name, he said that when the factory produces "Mindulle (dandelion)"-trademarked notebooks, our schoolchildren would use all home-made things, including bags, uniforms and notebooks, and then, they would have a cognition that their own things are the best.

The trademark "Mindulle" is associated with the great expectation of the General Secretary that the new generations, who will shoulder the future of the country, would cultivate the mind of valuing their own things best and cherish the beautiful dream and ideal to glorify their country. -0-
