Issue of Supplying Dairy Products Established as Party's Policy

One day in April 2021, the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un met senior officials of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.

Kim Jong Un told the officials to supply cow milk or goat milk to the children of nurseries and kindergartens and the pupils of the first-, second- and third-year classes of primary schools in the future. He also gave instructions on making it a policy to supply dairy products to these children and pupils in and on ensuring the necessary quantities.

Officials, who were examining the necessary amount of dairy products, faced a difficult problem.

Dairy products can be supplied from June to September when milk is mass-produced, but it was difficult from October to May next year when milk production reduces because a huge amount of money was needed.

At a consultative meeting urgently convened to discuss the issue of people's living standard in June that year the General Secretary taught the importance of the work for supplying dairy products to the children of nurseries and kindergartens.

Thanks to the noble love of the great father, the historic Third Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea discussed the issue of improving and strengthening the Party's childcare policy as an important agenda item. As a result, it was established as the Party's policy to supply dairy products and other nutritious foods to the children across the country. -0-
