One day in December 2013, the respected General Secretary
Looking round a pickled fish store, he said that he couldn't leave the store filled with fish and that he would like to take a photo against a background of the fish to be supplied to the servicepersons. And he sat down on an elevated place of a pickling tank where the pickled fish were piled up.
He also dropped in at a refrigerating chamber and expressed great satisfaction at the sight of the frozen fish piled up to the ceiling. He then proposed to take a photo in the narrow passage of the chamber.
And he had photo sessions with the officials sitting and standing before and beside him.
When an official told him that soldiers liked to eat more fish than when they were at home and to eat it every day and that their parents would not believe it easily if soldiers wrote about this to their parents, the General Secretary said with a broad smile that the parents would believe it through the photograph he had taken before a pile of fish.
The photos he took before the piles of fish are the Supreme Commander's "photo letter" to all the families of service personnel in the country who had sent their sons and daughters to the military posts. -0-
