One day in August 2024, the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un instructed officials to take decisive measures to look after the life of flood victims during the reconstruction of the flood-stricken areas in North Phyongan, Jagang and Ryanggang provinces.

Saying that officials should not be content only to bring them to Pyongyang and provide them with board and lodging, he stressed the need to take good care of them so that they could lead a comfortable life. And he gave an instruction to organize interim mobile educational teams in order to educate students of primary and middle schools from the flood-stricken areas.

Thanks to his loving care, a hundred and tens of rooms in the April 25 Hostel and the base for military parade training in the capital city of Pyongyang were turned into classrooms, laboratories, section rooms, Children's Union rooms and teachers' rooms and lots of educational equipment, school fixtures and textbooks supplied. And hundreds of school and kindergarten teachers joined the mobile educational teams and those responsible for feeding the schoolchildren with sweetened soymilk were appointed.

The organization of mobile educational teams for the children and students from flood-hit areas during their reconstruction was another important measure of love which could be taken only by Kim Jong Un possessed of the noble outlook on the rising generation that there are the children above the people being regarded as Heaven by the Workers' Party of Korea. -0-
