The respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un visited Pyongyang Orphanage at nightfall on June 1, 2014.

Saying that he came to see the children at the orphanage enjoying International Children's Day, the fatherly Marshal went among them for a while.

Accompanying officials told him that it was time to leave, but he asked the head of the orphanage when the children had dinner and then moved to the dining room, saying that he wanted to see the children having their meals even if it takes long time.

He saw the menu for the day and taught how to cook food to suit the children's taste. Then, he said that cooks would be sent to the orphanage the next day to make pheasant meatballs for the children.

And he organized the work on several occasions to prepare a special party for the children and requested the senior officials to go to the orphanage in order to please the children.

The next day, trucks carrying various kinds of foods entered the orphanage and a grand party was given for children.

The senior officials poured soda pop and juice into the cups of children to give pleasure to them.

It was an unheard-of special party for the children. -0-
