Jagang Province of DPRK Improves Condiments Quality

Pyongyang, March 4 (KCNA) -- Officials and working people of the condiments production units in Jagang Province of the DPRK strive to improve the quality of products.

The province organized a product show and strictly examines quality. And it is intensifying the organizational and political work to conduct technical exchanges among production units.

The Kanggye Condiments Factory has concentrated efforts on the work to improve product quality and develop new products while boosting the production of powdered soybean paste and sesame hot pepper paste favored by inhabitants.

The Wiwon County Condiments Factory manufactured and installed new equipment and has produced tasty soy sauce and soybean paste by ensuring the pulverization degree of raw materials and sterilization and fermentation according to technical regulations.

Huichon and Manpho city foodstuff factories set proper technical indices of wheat-based paste and sauce and improved their production line in a way of ensuring hygienic safety, thus reducing the cost and increasing the quality and quantity of production.

Employees of the Songgan County Condiments Factory and the Jasong County Foodstuff Factory are improving the quality of condiments by focusing on a scientific and technological study and conducting the campaigns in which one overtakes and learns from others and swaps experiences with them. -0-
