Pyongyang, July 4 (KCNA) -- The framework of 10 000 flats at the fourth stage in the Hwasong area of the DPRK has reached the final stage and the construction of public buildings and service amenities is progressing apace on a full scale amid the surging loyalty and patriotic enthusiasm of the builders to carry out without fail the final phase tasks of the Workers' Party of Korea's grand five-year plan for capital construction.

The headquarters for building 50 000 flats in Pyongyang has set up a quality control system in a more orderly way in keeping with the three-dimensional construction of various projects, and intensified technical guidance over the district infrastructure, bedding and curbstone projects.

The regiments of the Phyongjin and Ponghwa management bureaus for construction under the brigade of the Pyongyang Construction Commission completed the framework of dwelling houses ahead of schedule by speeding up the reinforcement bar assembling and transporting mixtures and building parts.

The third brigade of ministries and national agencies has registered good results in the framework of public buildings, while saving more materials than in the past period by applying efficient working methods.

The Unha Trade Bureau battalion under the second brigade of ministries and national agencies completed the framework of the service amenities and the Taesongsan Guidance Bureau battalion finished the framework of dwelling houses ahead of schedule by raising the level of specialization in construction. -0-
