That day Kim Jong Un highly praised the officials of the factory for making and using a "feedback book".

It is a good thing that the factory has made "feedback books" in shops and sums up the opinions of the people on the products of the factory to apply them into the production, he said, adding that it is necessary in the future, too, to lend an ear to the people's stern estimation and look into the tastes of the people in conformity with their characteristics of age and occupation as well as seasons so as to produce more shoes favored by all the people.

He said with satisfaction that he had seen a heap of shoes although he visited the factory without notice and that he was very pleased to see the factory putting production on a normal footing and churning out quality shoes.

Looking up to the respected General Secretary who praises the officials though they just fulfilled their duty, they more keenly realized that it is their important duty to find out what the people like. -0-
