Officials of the provincial Party committee and provincial people's committee provided various IT facilities for several universities and the provincial rural economy committee in charge of the construction of e-library and gymnasium at Haeju Kim Je Won University of Agriculture provided computers and other educational facilities.

Officials and employees of the provincial communication management bureau sent amplifiers, optical fibre cables and other things to the Haeju College of Industrial Technology.

Officials of the provincial youth league committee, the provincial fishery management bureau and the provincial farm machine parts shop provided the units under their charge with LCD TVs, solar panels and other things.
