Pyongyang, November 15 (KCNA) -- A story-telling platform was given for women heroes and meritorious women of socialist patriotism at the Central Hall of Workers here on November 14.

Present there were Pak In Chol, chairman of the Central Committee of the General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea, trade union officials, workers and trade union members in Pyongyang.

At the platform women heroes and meritorious women of socialist patriotism referred to the passion and love of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who puts forward all the mothers of the DPRK as the most precious beings and leads them to glorify their worthwhile life in the struggle for prosperity and development of the country.

Among those meritorious women are a girl who volunteered to be a mother of dozens of orphans and has trained them to be excellent pillars of the country and a woman who has worked as a member of the road management station for a long time with pure conscience. Their deeds showed the true life and pride of the human beings in our era.

The participants were deeply moved by the story about the beautiful deed of a woman doctor who devoted her sincerity to the treatment of disabled soldiers in order to make them keep the flower of revolution in bloom.

Referring to the loving care shown by the Workers' Party of Korea which awarded to them the title of labor hero and the precious honor of meritorious persons of socialist patriotism, the performers expressed their determination to repay the Party's love and trust with invariable loyalty and patriotic practice. -0-
