Agricultural workers in the counties of Yonthan and Sinphyong are giving precedence to land management and seed treatment and other farm operations and sowing the correct quantity of seeds proper deep per phyong while improving the quality and speed of work.

Songnim City and Kumchon County sow many fields with winter wheat every day after making daily plans and organizing manpower.

Farms in Suan and Koksan counties are spreading compost on the fields to make them fertile, while overhauling farm machines so as to increase the proportion of machines in farming.

Agricultural workers in Sariwon City and Sungho County are sowing the seeds on the principle of sowing the right crop on the right soil at the right time. In this way, they are creating the conditions favorable for the growth of winter wheat.
