Pyongyang, January 11 (KCNA) -- The 554th triplets (two daughters and one son) and the 555th triplets (three sons) were born at Pyongyang Maternity Hospital in the DPRK.

Their mothers live in Simchon-dong, Kanggye City of Jagang Province, and Songsa-ri, Pyokdong County of North Phyongan Province.

Medical workers took timely measures to ensure the safe birth of the triplets.

Those triplets weigh more than 4 kg at present, two of them 5.2 kg and 5.5 kg.

The triplets and their parents leaving the hospital in good health were seen off by its medical team. -0-
