Pyongyang, October 14 (KCNA) -- South Phyongan Province of the DPRK is cultivating millions of saplings needed for tree planting.

Officials and employees of the provincial tree nursery have increased the production of saplings of great economic value, suited to the climate and natural features of their region, and raised many saplings good for greening.
