Pyongyang, May 21 (KCNA) -- A South Phyongan provincial friendship delegation of the DPRK led by Ri Song Bom, chairman of the South Phyongan Provincial People's Committee, returned home on Wednesday after visiting Amur Region of the Russian Federation.

The delegation was greeted at Pyongyang International Airport by officials of the South Phyongan Provincial People's Committee and a member of the Russian embassy here. -0-
