Pyongyang, January 24 (KCNA) -- The Pyongyang Pharmaceutical Factory presented dozens of kinds of officinal medicines conducive to the promotion of the people's health to the national exhibition of sci-tech achievements in the field of public health-2025.

Some of its medicine production lines had already been awarded GMP authentication and recently its clysis production line has been put on a GMP basis.

The factory has such high-tech equipment as vacuum concentrator, rotary high-speed tablet machine, automatic capsule filling machine and high-speed mixer. It also put such production lines as automated packing lines with tablet counting and liquid medicine-measuring processes and their surroundings on a high level.

Various kinds of medicines are being produced at the sites where the production lines have been put on a germ-free and dust-free basis. The factory is supplying its products to many hospitals and pharmacies, contributing to the promotion of the people's health.

The factory has been built as a modern and comprehensive medicine producer under the leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.

On January 24, 2018, he visited the factory and said that the factory should be built as the centre and model of the pharmaceutical industry of the country. And he paid deep attention to the modernization of the factory and gave meticulous guidance to it.

The factory, wonderfully built as a model and standard factory of the pharmaceutical industry of the country, is producing efficacious medicines several times more than in the past. -0-
