Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un Sends Message of Sympathy to Russian President

Pyongyang, July 26 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a message of sympathy to Comrade Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, president of the Russian Federation, on July 25.

The message reads as follows:

Respected Comrade President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin,

Upon hearing the unexpected sad news that dozens of people were killed by an air crash in Amur Region, I, on behalf of the government and people of the DPRK and on my own, express deep condolences to you and, through you, to your government and people and the bereaved families and victims.

Our people are now sharing the distress and sorrow that the fraternal Russian people have experienced.

I, sharing the extremely sad feelings with the bereaved families that lost their close relatives and friends, wish that their pain will be healed as soon as possible.

I sincerely wish that the government and people of Russia will firmly overcome the pain of the loss and regain peace and stability as soon as possible under your leadership. -0-
