Pyongyang, December 10 (KCNA) -- The potato farina production factory was newly built and inaugurated in Jangjin County, South Hamgyong Province of the DPRK.

The factory has a general control room, sci-tech learning space, analysis room, potato storehouse and cultural and welfare facilities for its employees. Its production processes of raw material feeding, washing, drying, milling and packing are automated and streamlined.

The successful construction of the factory makes it possible to lay another foundation for contributing to improving the people's living standard by producing quality potato farina and tasty and nutritious processed potato products.

Present at the inauguration ceremony held on the spot on Dec. 9 were officials and working people of South Hamgyong Province and Jangjin County and employees of the factory. -0-
