Pyongyang, February 21 (KCNA) -- South Phyongan Province of the DPRK organized short courses for technical officials of the farms by cities and counties.

The short courses dealt with issues arising in reaping good and safe harvest while overcoming the influence of disastrous abnormal weather.

The province organized a demonstration lecture and made sure that suggested problems were reflected in the teaching program to further enrich its contents.

And it saw to it that the participants in the short courses were briefed on the experience of model units who made signal achievements through brisk scientific farming and lectures were conducted mainly in a question-and-answer way to raise the cognitive effect.

The province has also directed steady and big efforts to the work for guiding the technical officials of farms to fulfill their responsibility and role. -0-
