Pyongyang, July 14 (KCNA) -- The after crops planting was concluded in rural areas across the DPRK.

This year, the areas of double cropping increased as compared with last year but the harvesting of earlier crops was delayed due to unfavourable weather conditions.

In this regard, the agricultural workers across the country pushed ahead with the campaigns for concluding the earlier wheat and barley farming and planting after crops simultaneously.

The helpers devoted their sincere sweat and enthusiasm on fields.

Thanks to the efforts of agricultural officials and workers and helpers, the planting of the after crops was finished until July 9. -0-
