The State General Bureau of Design has prepared a technical training course for designers from local design institutes to transfer excellent design techniques to them. While intensifying technical assistance to keep the requirements for designing rural dwellings and afforestation, it has directed efforts to the dissemination of knowledge related to design.
The Songyong Illumination Research Center under the Illuminations Bureau has raised the technical and practical qualifications of designers at the provincial illumination branches through regular technical training courses.
The Central Educational Information Center is stepping up the work to disseminate the excellent teaching resources to different parts of the country through an educational network and to build more new database.
Medical workers of the Pyongyang General Hospital and other central-level hospitals have transferred advanced medical techniques and clinical experience at Kangdong and Ryonggang county hospitals and the Kusong City Hospital.
Thanks to the efforts of medical workers from central-level hospitals, more than 2 800 passing-on-technique meetings and dozens of joint operations have been conducted since December last year, thus raising the technical and practical level of medical workers in local areas.
