Pyongyang, May 18 (KCNA) -- The Posan Iron Works in the DPRK is producing Samhwa iron more than 1.5 times than the planned every day by keeping revolving furnaces in full-capacity operation and organizing the emulation for increased production among shifts, workteams and workshops.

The iron works is concentrating effort on operating one more revolving furnace while increasing the productivity of the revolving furnaces under operation and scrupulously organizing and guiding production.

It introduced a body-blowing apparatus to raise the productivity and is increasing production every day, making use of rational methods of furnace operation. -0-
