Pyongyang, January 27 (KCNA) -- South Hwanghae Province of the DPRK recently organized a passing-on technique meeting on paddy-field fish farming, according to Rodong Sinmun.

The meeting at the Paechon Catfish Farm dealt with various issues arising in caring seed fish and producing young fish. In particular, it stressed the need to ensure water temperature and feed as required by technical regulations in conformity with the form of spawning grounds and winter conditions.

Officials of various units made speeches on their experience at the meeting. -0-
