Drainage Pump Production Pushed forward at Final Stage

Pyongyang, May 21 (KCNA) -- The production of drainage pumps for coal mines is being pushed forward at the final stage, thanks to devoted efforts of employees of the Anju Pump Factory in the DPRK.

The factory reinforced the April 15 Technological Innovation Shock Brigade with technicians and skilled workers and has puts efforts into the sci-tech study of employees according to their occupations.

It introduced into practice several scientific and technological achievements, including newly manufacturing an exhauster blade and multi-processing jig with its own efforts and technology and completing the design of dust collector at the heating furnace.

Its workers contributed to fulfilling the production plan by introducing efficient working methods to shorten the processing and assembling time of parts.

The factory has increased the precision of its products through a mass technological innovation movement and invented a new molding jig. -0-
