Pyongyang, April 9 (KCNA) -- Pak Thae Song, premier of the Cabinet of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, received a congratulatory message from Sonexay Siphandone, prime minister of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, on March 31.

The message extended sincere congratulations to Pak Thae Song on his reappointment as premier of the Cabinet at the First Session of the 15th Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK.

Expressing belief that the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries would steadily grow stronger, it hoped that the good bilateral relations of friendship and cooperation with a history of over 50 years would be further strengthened in the future to bring substantial interests to the peoples of the two countries and contribute to the peace, stability, cooperation and development of the region and the world. -0-
