Scientific Researches Conducive to Implementing Regional Development Policy Brisk at Universities

Pyongyang, July 29 (KCNA) -- Universities in different parts of the DPRK conduct scientific researches so as to contribute to implementing the Regional Development 20×10 Policy of the Workers' Party of Korea.

Scientists of the Analysis Institute under the High-Tech Development Center of Kim Il Sung University finished the designing of hundreds of analyzing equipment and trial products.

Research teams of Kim Chaek University of Technology, which developed a standard program for the integrated production system for new foodstuff factories to be built in cities and counties, are conducting its introduction and trial operation at the Kimhwa County Foodstuff Factory.

Pyongyang University of Architecture is focusing on the research for various projects after completing the panoramic drawings and designs of dozens of regional-industry factories.

Pyongyang University of Mechanical Engineering rounded off the designing of machine equipment necessary for seafood processing, packaging line of foodstuff and equipment, and manufactured various equipment.

Research teams of Pyongyang Han Tok Su University of Light Industry have finished the designing of dozens of kinds of uniforms for employees and many products for regional-industry factories.

University of Sciences, Pyongyang Jang Chol Gu University of Commerce and Pyongyang University of Transport step up their researches conducive to developing regional industry.

Other research team members of various provincial universities of technology joined the February 17 Shock Brigades of Scientists and Technicians to conduct scientific researches conducive to implementing the regional-industry development policy. -0-
