Chairman Kim Jong Il visited the newly-built South Hamgyong Provincial Dental Preventive Hospital (then) and dropped in at a treatment room on the second floor.

There was a rare, latest general treatment equipment.

An official of the province said that this equipment is used only for the treatment of heads of state like the president and king in other countries and that foreign experts raised a question about the installment of equipment at a local hospital.

The Chairman laughed broadly and said with satisfaction that things have come to a pretty pass and there was no king in the country.

But there is nothing to worry about, he said, adding that people are the masters in the country and the workers should sit here.

Saying that it would be useless to build a large hospital and give publicity to its modern equipment, the Chairman earnestly said that the people should benefit from this hospital. -0-
