The Wonsan Footwear Factory has made progress in improving the quality through a mass technical innovation movement including building a rational sewing process and introducing the method of casting in various types of molds into outer rims of shoes.

The Hamhung Footwear Factory has established a system for training technicians and skilled workers and run a sci-tech learning space in a substantial way. And it has introduced the successes and experience of advanced units to improve the quality index of products. -0-
