Pyongyang, July 22 (KCNA) -- The work for training skilled workers necessary for the operation of newly-built regional-industry factories is being stepped up across the DPRK.
Hundreds of trainees including workers and needle workers of the city and county garment factories who took part in the first-stage passing-on technique held for two months from May attended the second-stage passing-on technique at light industry factories across the country, including the Tonghungsan Unha Garment Factory and the Chongjin School Uniform Factory, and regional-industry factories which were built as the first entities for regional rejuvenation.
The Ministry of Regional Industry, all provincial promotion committees and other relevant institutions and units are taking measures to help the trainees further improve their skills at production sites after acquiring the profound knowledge and techniques necessary for the normal operation of regional-industry factories, improvement of the quality of products and skilful handling of equipment through the first-stage passing-on technique.
With the goals of training technicians and skilled workers necessary for their regions and units, officials of the Party and power organs in provinces, cities and counties have organized passing-on techniques according to occupations and production processes and paid attention to providing them with necessary conditions.
Meanwhile, passing-on techniques for training analyzers necessary for the city and county foodstuff factories are being accelerated. -0-
