Respected Fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un Sends Gifts to Participants in Celebrations of 80th KCU Birthday
Pyongyang, June 7 (KCNA) -- The love of the great father who spares nothing for the younger generation and takes care of them with ardent affection is being repeatedly shown to the schoolchildren who participated in the celebrations of the 80th founding anniversary of the Korean Children's Union.

A meeting was held on June 6 to convey the gifts sent by the fatherly Marshal to the participants in the celebrations of the 80th KCU birthday.
Present there were Ju Chang Il, secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, and other officials of the WPK Central Committee, officials of the youth league and the participants in the celebrations.
Ju Chang Il made an address for conveying gifts.
The speaker warmly congratulated the KCU members who celebrated with splendor the 80th founding anniversary of the KCU as a significant holiday under the great love of the fatherly Marshal, to be remembered for life, and came to receive the gifts of love.
He said that the gifts of love are associated with the boundlessly warm and profound affection of the Marshal who wishes the KCU members to grow up uprightly and stoutly.
The speaker asked all the KCU members to study hard and take an active part in the organizational life of the KCU and thus prepare themselves to be reliable pillars of prosperous Korea, knowledgeable, virtuous and healthy, and young revolutionaries and patriots supporting the country.
The KCU members, who received the gift lists and gifts associated with the tender affection and love of the benevolent father, extended boundless thanks to the fatherly Marshal for his great loving care.
