Pyongyang, May 21 (KCNA) -- The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un sent a birthday spread to Kim Sung Ju, a woman living in Neighborhood Unit No. 5 of Paeksa-dong, Sinuiju City, North Phyongan Province of the DPRK, on her 100th birthday.

Deeply moved by the Workers' Party of Korea's loving care, the centenarian expressed her boundless gratitude to the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un.

Her house was in a festive mood as officials of the Sinuiju City Party Committee, relatives and villagers came to congratulate her family on its auspicious event.

She, who suffered humiliation and insults before national liberation, had devoted her sincere efforts to the prosperity and development of the country for decades to repay the benevolence of the Party which provided her with genuine life and dignity of human being.

She is respected by everyone as she brought up her children to be faithful to the country and has striven to do good things for the country even after becoming a pensioner. -0-
