Pyongyang, May 31 (KCNA) -- Ri Chang Dae, minister of State Security of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, and his party returned home on Friday after taking part in the 13th International Meeting of High-Level Security Representatives held in Russia.

They were greeted at Pyongyang International Airport by officials of the Ministry of State Security and a member of the Russian embassy here. -0-
