Pyongyang, December 3 (KCNA) -- Choe Son Hui, foreign minister of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a message of greeting to Thongsavanh Phomvihane, foreign minister of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, on December 2 on the occasion of its 50th founding anniversary.
