Pyongyang, March 26 (KCNA) -- An international scientific symposium on the Ninth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea titled "Comrade Kim Jong Un's Ideology and Socialism in the 21st Century" took place in Russia on March 14.

Present there were the chief and members of the Group for International Solidarity with the DPRK and personages of the Russian Association for Friendship and Cultural Cooperation with the DPRK, the Academy of Sciences and the Federation of International Peace Fund.

Speeches were made at the symposium.

Speakers praised the undying feats of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un for accomplishing the socialist cause and developing the DPRK-Russia friendly relations and explained the historic significance of the Ninth WPK Congress.

A congratulatory message to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the symposium. -0-
