Pyongyang, June 12 (KCNA) -- Aleksandr Matsegora, Russian ambassador to the DPRK, gave a reception at the Taedonggang Diplomatic Club on June 11 on the occasion of the national day of Russia.

Present there on invitation were Yun Jong Ho, minister of External Economic Relations of the DPRK, Kim Jong Gyu, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs, officials concerned and members of the diplomatic corps here.

Staff members of the Russian embassy were on hand.

Speeches were made at the reception.

Earlier, the Russian consulate general in Chongjin hosted a reception on the occasion of the national day. -0-
