Pyongyang, January 26 (KCNA) -- The Chinese embassy in Pyongyang hosted a reception on Saturday on the occasion of the lunar New Year's Day.

Present there on invitation were Kang Yun Sok, vice-chairman of the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK, Won Kyong Ho, vice department director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Pak Myong Ho, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs, officials concerned and foreign diplomatic envoys and members of missions of different countries in the DPRK.

Chinese Ambassador Wang Yajun and his embassy members and Chinese residents in the DPRK attended the reception.
