Pyongyang, October 29 (KCNA) -- Choe Son Hui, foreign minister of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a message of greeting to Yvan Eduardo Gil Pinto, foreign minister of the People's Power of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, on October 28 on the occasion of the 51st anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
